We obtain jaggery from native sugarcan variety cultivated in Gir region of Gujarat,  our sugarcane plantation is 100% natural, free from any pesticides or fertilizers. The Jaggery making method is very traditional, No chemical/colour/artificial flavours/preservatives added during process.

Jaggery powder is a natural sugar which is obtained by manually stirring, beating the melted, clarified and thickened sugarcane juice after it reaches a particular temperature so that crushed jaggery powder is formed.
